I was not pleased when the customer agent told me there was no service pack On the car and he wanted me to Pay over £600 for the service, especially when I knew there was. I had to phone the dealership where I bought the car to confirm that I did.

The car was delivered on time an mot done and the car failed we were asked if we would like BMW to fix it we then had to wait nearly 2 weeks for our car to be returned , no compensation or curtesy car offered and a rude member off staff

Of course pricing comes with professionalism and quality of work. However, initially, parts were necessary to change effectively as the fault. Only after pushback from myself, it was no longer. Any genuine attempt cost reduction would be appreciated.

Customer service was good, and they got the job done. But there are too many texts. My experience with other BMW dealerships is they'll send me one reminder that day before, I'll drop the car off, then one text once the work is completed.

I dropped my car off for a 10.15 appointment and was left waiting for half an hour. only when I said I was leaving did someone see me. I arrived to pick my car up as it was ready and was left waiting nearly an hour.

In the current climate owning a BMW is just too expensive and I wouldn't buy one again, first you rang me up to say you had an offer on but I wasn't working but when I did get a new job and rang up the offer wasn't available but so needed a service.

Service generally good. A bit of a delay when picking up the car. If I receive a call telling me the car is ready, I expect to go in and pick it up - not wait for 35 minutes for someone to swipe a card and pass me the keys.
