Attempted to charge £140 for a seatbelt fault by claiming dirt without evidence. Cleaning didn't resolve it, yet warranty was refused until escalation. Poor handling and attitude from service manager, though reception staff were excellent.

My appointment was a 2.5 hr appointment from 8:45am and was a wait with car. When I pre-checked in, and I arrived at 8:30am to be told my car would be ready in approximately 2hrs. My car wasn't actually ready until 1:00pm, 4.5 hrs later.

I was told the diagnostic check would be £120 and was shocked and distressed to receive a phone call a few hours after dropping my car off to be told the fault hasn't been fixed and it would be an additional £120. BMW refused to fix my car. Shocking

Everything well, but the screen wash I used to use (Tesco) has been in all my previous cars without issues, therefore the BMW system is very sensitive! It's also impossible for me to clean / empty and £154 cost is very expensive!

Initially, you missed a tyre puncture. This was then repaired and a further 2 new tyres were changed. You left all three flat. Windscreen wipers were changed, but not fitted properly.
