Michelle exceeded my expectations, she made ordering the car really easy with her expert guidance. She kept me informed with regular email updates, the process was seamless. The beautiful flowers and Williams bear on collection was a lovely gesture.

Michael Berry kept me fully informed at every step of the way. There was a delay in the delivery of my new car and i was fully kept in the loop. In the end i didnt part ex my old car and the change in paperwork never seemed to cause any issues.

Had little huch-ip on initial visit in which a fault it went in for was not resolved but I had been charged. In fairness, one I raised the issue, it was dealt with very quickly.

The work seems to be good, but I was quoted around £150 more on arrival as they said I need a 'major service'. I've since asked what work was done as part of that and not heard back

Our BMW was serviced on 08/10th. We were very happy with the service. I asked if service could be completed a bit earlier on the day & that was no problem. Fantastic communication throughout.

Please see above, charged to even look at a defect 'in case' it isn't covered by warranty goes against all the experience I have about BMW warranty over many years and I now question if it's worth buying another new car from BMW for a warranty.

Only one issue was that the day after collecting my car I noticed that the dash cam had been unplugged whilst in for the service . I'm ok with it being unplugged but I had been driving around for a whole day not knowing my dash cam was not recording

Warning light came up on my dashboard on the day of the service. I didn't mention it to reception. It came up as an urgent advisory but want addressed. This meant yet another day waisted bring the car back for additional work.

Claire was friendly, and got us checked in efficiently. We wasn't made aware at time of booking the service in how it worked, Claire made sure we got the car back to ensure we was back in time to get home to pick our dog up. Much appreciated.

the only downside is that they offered a complementary machine wash - Dont think thats great for paintwork. I had wash service would have been preferred

Unhelpful delay in me being seen. Needless misunderstanding about which payment plan would be covering the service. When I asked about other issues concerning me I was fobbed off, told "depends what it is because not in your booking ".

Overall positive but a bit of feedback. As I was paying, lady mentioned I had an advisory on MOT (nail found in tyre). No one had told me or asked if I wanted it to be resolved. Due to time I was paying, had to wait 45 mins extra to get it looked at.

I toke my car for a recall with 0 mechanical issues, and when I time it back there was an oil leak on the top of the engine. The staff was trying to say I need new oil sump. But the oil that was around the sump it was the same oil from the top of the

A cloth was left in the engine bay at my recent service at BMW Williams. The response was a shoulder shrug and 'sorry'. It ruined our whole bank holiday weekend getaway, and could have ended in a disaster if the engine failure happened on a motorway.

I like the idea of booking a specific time slot, the fact that you drive up to the reception area bay doors where someone takes control of the vehicle and that you dont leave the vehicle unattended in a parking bay eliminating any potential damage.
