Michael Berry at Williams was good to deal with good comms throughout the process via email and calls. My only niggle was car delivery extending past the 31 March despite being ordered in early December, attracting a significant increase in VED.

My Advisor was great. However as soon as I got there to drop the car off at 8am, a guy was saying my car would be hoovered and washed. No wash carried out.

Paid for tyre sensor to be replaced, then another, then asked to pay for a third. (Other garage immediately said it's obviously not the tyre sensors that are faulty and it's the antenna the sensors are hooked up to).

I have filled out two surveys concerning my experience at williams bmw and it was not a great experience. I have personally emailed marc who is in charge of service department and it's been a week and still no reply
